Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA)

We offer several different Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMA) to suit a variety of customer requirements that are proven to maximize equipment efficiency and longevity, while minimizing unanticipated equipment downtime and loss of productivity. We will perform a complete diagnostic on your equipment; inspect, adjust, lubricate and identify issues before they become a problem; providing you with a written report of our findings, conclusions and recommendations.

The Ontario provincial government requires that “a lifting device shall be thoroughly examined by a competent person to determine its capability of handling the maximum load as rated, prior to being used for the first time, and thereafter as often as necessary but not less frequently than recommended by the manufacturer and in any case, at least once a year, and a permanent record shall be kept, signed by the competent person doing the examination.

A comprehensive Planned Maintenance Program (PMP) will provide you a one-stop maintenance package including centralized dispatching, invoicing and inventory management. We will assess your existing fleet and dock equipment and evaluate required maintenance and existing utilization. We will provide you with ways to increase savings and improve ROI.
